Workshops
Due to Covid19 we are not servicing any of the workshops at this time and all payment will be refunded at 100%. Please check back for changes.
Returns
We gladly accept returns (within 7 days of arrival) —with the exception of custom or personalized orders. If you are unhappy with your product, simply return your product in the box it was delivered in. This does need to be completed within 7 days . Please contact us with any questions.
Conditions of Returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Processing Time of Orders
Most paintings ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take between 48 hours to 1 week to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. If the order is very large the processing time will very. Our goal is to get the item to you as soon as possible.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
